A webinar on Copyright Realization : Preparing for Future
Adv. Kunal Gokhale, independent practicing advocate based at Pune, guided students from various colleges of Maharashtra, on 7th January 2022 on the importance of trademark, copyrights & patents and its relevance in the future through a webinar organized by Marathwada Mitramandal’s College of Commerce, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune 411004. The speaker discussed trademark, copyrights, patents and their importance in different situations. The 318 participants from various educational backgrounds in commerce, management, science, law etc were also made aware of real world examples that made the webinar interesting and enriching. Dr. Devidas Golhar, Principal, MMCC welcomed the guest speaker and explained the need for events on copyrights.
The event received positive feedback and e certificates were distributed to the participants. Twenty faculty members from the college attended the webinar. Prof Nidhi Satavlekar, IQAC member, coordinated the event through Google Meet and Prof Amol Chaudhri, PGRC coordinator, proposed the vote of thanks.
