Report on Activity conducted for promoting ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’

Under the idea of promoting ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’, the Department of Computer Science conducted one day sapling planting and pot painting activity using Indian art on 19th August 2023 where 382 students participated to showcase their creativity and teamwork. The judges Mrs Archana Waghchoure and Mrs. Asawari Daswadkar had a challenging time selecting top 10 exhibits.

The objective: The activity was aimed at encouraging connection with nature and promotion of regional art as part of the government initiative on ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’.

The outcome: The students were made aware of environmental concerns and regional art.
